Hi Bonnie,
Your videos are great, educational and entertaining as well. I myself am a big fan of coconut oil. To confirm the recipe for the coconut oil and cayenne? pepper hair treatment, it is a 1/2 tsp. of each? How long did you keep it on? your scalp for and how much thicker did your hair get? Thanks.
On a different note, here is a book that really helped me, “Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type” if you haven’t come across it yet. It is a great book! Hope this helps. All the best to you.
Looking great Bonnie. Hope you find a new job soon. It seems? like you’re in a great frame of mind.
