I keep a chart of my releases and I noticed on round 1 the 1st 10 days I lost 10 lbs and the next 10 lbs took around 20 days… so there was an overall slowdown. I released? a total of 23lbs during the vlcds in round 1. I think your experiment sounds good though! Per HCGchica I also have had success with replacing 1 or both fruits with 0% fage. I know that’s really off protocol but since HCGchica uses the fat monitor and continued to have fat losses it might be an option.

I so agree. That’s the only? thing I use, with vitamin E. Also coral calcium is good for strength as well. Doesn’t have to be a lot; but if you’re a raw milk drinker, it’s just as good.

@MrWagman11 I can agree with most of this comment. Where I disagree: Most people, Christians included, abdicate their responsibility to understand difficult issues; and believe what they’re told from “authorities” — so their “authorities” are the ones who “understand”. I don’t have a “spin”, I’ve read and reasoned — God gave us all a brain. I’ve given up on Churches and “authorities” so I don’t belong? to ANY of the “sects”. I simply believe what I have learned with a mind that looks for truth.
